Sharing a Protein packed Smoothie called Dates Smoothie.
Presenting healthy smoothie which is a twist to Milk , it is a nutritious and delicious smoothie loaded with dates and almonds along with full cream milk.
Cooking Instructions

Assemble ingredients, soak dates in 1/2 cup milk for 2 hours. Peel almond skin and keep aside.

In a blender jar add soaked dates along with milk + almonds + 1/2 cup milk and blend till smooth.
- 3
Add remaining milk + honey + cardamom powder and blend very nicely.

Smoothie is done

Most times I soak Dem , remove d seed ,blend , and drink up.ather times , I boil to get d syrup because of its health benefits while adding cloves n cinnamon and refrigerate.😋 today I blended bananas and added .it was real nice and filling.

This is the 3 ingredients mango smoothie. One big secret to anything smoothie i make is freezing the ingredients 😅. Trust me, it makes a whole difference in the texture and look, rather than just throw in plenty loads of ice cubes which ends up diluting my smoothie. It works magic. So the only cold liquid that goes in is either cold milk, yogurt or juice depending on which i am using.
