Woke up late and intended fasting, no leftovers😊, I decided to soaked couscous with other ingredients and have it like cassava flakes (gari) but I didn't enjoyed it, sharply, I decided to blend and it was 😘, filling and kept me energized till sunset. 😋😋🤣🤣🤣

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcouscous
  2. 1/2 cupdessicated carrots (optional)
  3. 1/4 cupgroundnuts
  4. to tasteHoney/sugar
  5. Dates(pitted)
  6. Evaporated/Powdered milk
  7. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Ingredients

    Soak couscous with warm water for 10minutes

  3. 3

    Soak carrots and pitted dates also in water

  4. 4

    When soaked, prepare your blender, pour everything inside with the water, add your milk, honey/sugar and blend on a high speed till your desired fluid and smooth consistency is achieved.

  5. 5

    Smoothie is ready, you can serve just the way it is or garnish with some fruits for more nutrients.
