Cod à la Meunière with Mustard Sauce

I tried mixing mustard with ingredients that seemed it would do well with since the my husband is huge mustard-lover. It looked nice, and everybody loved it.
For your information, I boiled the green beans, and seasoned themwith balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and salt. It's a typical Italian salad.
The grainy mustard that I bought was really quite tart, but you might not need to add honey depending on the taste of the grainy mustard.
Adjust the amount of the honey so that the sauce isn't too sweet-tasting. You don't want to have it taste like honey-mustard. For 2 servings. Recipe by Kimaramutaki

Easy Salmon Meunière with Tartare Sauce Easy Salmon Meunière with Tartare Sauce
I restricted the amount of butter (which is animal fat) used as much as possible in this recipe.Transform your regular meunière a bit more luxurious.I've reduced the amount of butter as much as possible to make it healthier.Pan fry the salmon in grapeseed or vegetable oil, and jus add a little butter at the end. The fish is less liable to get burned that way.The accompanying vegetables are just an example. You can serve this with lettuce or potatoes or whatever you like. Recipe by mielle cookpad.japan -

Cod with Mushroom Cream Sauce Cod with Mushroom Cream Sauce
I bought some good looking cod...but I don't have a big fish recipe repertoire. So I just tried making something that I thought would be delicious. I rarely go to a fancy restaurant since I have to take care of my children...so I just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere at least at home. This is so easy! Please use white wine rather than sake if possible. Cooked cod falls apart easily, so brush some oil on your fish grill beforehand to prevent the cod from sticking to it, and it will be easier to remove intact. I do this very carefully with a spatula. For 4 fillets of cod. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan
