Salmon Meunière with a Simple and Colorful Vegetable Sauce

I like eating vegetables together with fish, so my family always eats meunière with this recipe!!
if you are going to immediately use the vegetable sauce, water will seep out and thin the sauce, so taste-test right before eating and adjust accordingly. I used 1/4 each of a yellow and red pepper for the sauce in the photo. For 2 servings. Recipe by MyT09

Steps
- 1
Coat the salmon in flour.
- 2
Cook the salmon in a preheated pan coated with oil. Once one side has turned golden brown, add butter to taste, flip the salmon over, and cook until it has cooked all the way through to the center.
- 3
Prepare the sauce while the salmon is cooking. First, finely chop the cucumber and paprika peppers, and lightly squeeze out the water.
- 4
Add ★, soy sauce, and mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly together. Put it on top of the cooked salmon and it is done!
- 5
I use the leftover vegetable sauce the next day in bentos as a side dish. Please check out.
