Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsBread (strong) flour
  2. 15 gramsSugar
  3. 3 gramsSalt
  4. 5 gramsSkim milk powder
  5. 2 gramsInstant dry yeast
  6. 60 gramsCreamed corn
  7. 82 gramsWater
  8. 20 grams○Unsalted butter
  9. 45 grams○Corn kernels

Cooking Instructions

    Knead all ingredients except for the ones marked with ○. Once everything has kneaded together add the butter and knead together.

    Knead in the whole corn evenly, and allow to first rise until its size doubles.

  3. 3

    Once the dough is complete, divide into 8 pieces and let sit for 15 minutes.

    Make into nice round shapes and allow for the second rise.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with the strong flour and bake in the oven at 220°C for 13 minutes.

    Soft and fluffy.
