this corn bread has the prefect texture, I love it! I use white corn meal in mine.
Cooking Instructions

pre-heat oven to 375°

heat skillet on stove top over medium heat with 1 tablespoon oil
- 3
mix other ingredients in a bowl to a smooth batter adding milk if needed
- 4
turn off stove top and pour batter into skillet
- 5
bake for 20 minutes or until center is firm
