Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. Halftsp yeast
  3. 1 tbspsugar or as desired
  4. Baking powder
  5. PinchSalt
  6. Oil (half bottle)
  7. 1egg
  8. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    In a cup start by proofing ur dry yeast,add your yeast and add half tbsp of sugar then add warm water,cover for about 15 minutes to proof

    In a bowl add your sieved flour, baking powder,salt,and sugar and mix

    Break an egg In a container

  4. 4

    Make a whole in ur mixed flour, add the proofed yeast and the egg, mix and knead well.

    Transfer to a surface and add a bit of oil and continue to knead until dough is stretchy, sticky and soft.

    Grease a bowl with oil and transfer kneaded dough,grease the top of the dough and cover dough with a cloth, leave it in a warm area until dough doubles in size that's About an hour

    After an hour Bring dough deflate air and knead, make a ball and cut it into equal pieces

  8. 8

    Take each piece and flattens it and use the doughnut cutter to cut into desired shape

  9. 9

    Place cut dough on a greased tray and cover for 15 minutes

  10. 10

    Heat up oil and start frying ur dough 👌
