Ingredients

  1. 500 gRice
  2. Sliced Ugu Leaf 3 handfuls
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. Water (controlled)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring 500g if water to boil,add salt

  2. 2

    Meanwhile,wash and drain rice,set aside

  3. 3

    When water boils,add rice,cook till water dries

  4. 4

    With a fork,pick one to see if it's soft,if not,add lil more water,just to soften it,repeat process till rice is soft and done

  5. 5

    Add ygu when water is 98%dry to he done,stir in

  6. 6

    Reduce flame,cook for 2mins at most

  7. 7

    Remove from heat

  8. 8

    Enjoy with stew or sauce of choice

  9. 9
