Ingredients

  1. 100 gflour
  2. 3eggs
  3. Minced beef
  4. 250 mlsoil
  5. Cornflakes
  6. Onions
  7. 1 spoonBlack pepper
  8. cubesSeasoning
  9. Salt
  10. Pinchnutmeg (optional)
  11. Sugar (optional)
  12. Milk (optional)
  13. 4ripe/ overripe plantain

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the plantain and fry like dodo till light brown

  2. 2

    Boil minced meat, adding salt, onions, seasoning, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Mash the dodo and minced meat in a bowl (not necessarily smooth)

  4. 4

    Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and add 1 egg and 1/3 of the flour. Afterwards, mix with your dodo and minced meat

  5. 5

    Wrap into a ball and dip in flour then dip in egg and roll your crunched cornflakes

  6. 6

    Deep fry the balls
