Puffy and Delicious Naan Bread

I've uploaded a recipe for keema curry to COOKPAD. I've always bought naan bread from a store to eat with keema curry, but recently, I wanted to try making my own naan. So, I adapted a pizza crust recipe I use often (I'll upload the recipe soon) to make this.
This matches perfectly with, Keema Curry.
If you make the curry while the naan bread dough is rising, it's efficient.
If you wrap up the naan in plastic wrap and microwave it for 20 seconds to warm it up, it will be puffy and delicious. For 6 pieces. Recipe by takkytake

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, and knead well with your right hand.
- 2
When the dough comes together and no longer sticks to the bowl, take out onto a flour dusted work surface, and knead well with both hands for about 5 minutes.
- 3
Cover with a clean tightly wrung out moistened kitchen towel and rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
- 4
If the dough is too stiff, brush some cold water on the surface; if it's too soft flour it lightly to adjust. When the dough is smooth, form into a ball.
- 5
Put the dough on a dry cutting board, dust lightly with flour, and divide into 6 portions using a knife or a pastry scraper.
- 6
Round off each portion of dough with your palms.
- 7
Flour a square storage container with flour, and leave the dough in it to rise for about an hour.
- 8
This is the risen dough.
- 9
Dust with flour and stretch or roll out the dough to form a naan shape.
- 10
Heat up a frying pan over medium heat, spread thinly with oil and cook one side of the naan for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn over and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
- 11
It should be about this browned.

Delicious Naan Bread Delicious Naan Bread
Naan made only with bread flour tends to be tough, and only with cake flour only is not chewy enough, so I wanted to make a personalized version. This is the absolutely best naan I've ever made! Eat with keema curry. If the dough sticks to your hands, dust with a little bread flour when forming the dough. When putting the dough in the frying pan, roll it out a bit while cooking. If you use a generous amount of olive oil, the naan will stay tender and delicious even after time! Light and Puffy Homemade Naan Bread in a Pan Light and Puffy Homemade Naan Bread in a Pan
I wanted to make naan that not only went well with curry, but could be enjoyed for breakfast if any were left over. Since they can be cooked in a frying pan and will puff up nicely, they might be easier than regular rolls or loaves of bread!Since the dough continues to rise with residual heat after it's microwaved, put it in a warm place if possible. The dough will puff up when it's cooked.Since I added yogurt to the dough, it has a lightly tart, but easy-to-eat flavor. If you use milk only it will have a gentle creamy flavor. I recommend that too. For 4 pieces. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -
Easy & Authentic Naan Bread Easy & Authentic Naan Bread
I wanted to make freshly cooked naan at home, so I cam up with this recipe. Please be sure to bake the naan on the at a high temperature. It will be nicely browned, as delicious as authentic Indian naan is. For the all purpose flour, use Lys d'Or or a flour that is specifically meant for French-style bread. If you can't get all purpose flour, use half each of cake and bread flours.I added baking powder to the recipe to improve it. If you don't have any though, you can just omit it. I wanted to eat naan that's chewy and moist like the naan at Indian restaurants.By spreading the dough with oil, it becomes easier to flatten, and doesn't stick to your hands.Stretch the dough out in your hands, rather than rolling it outMake the dough bumpy rather than uniformly flat. Cheese Naan Bread Cheese Naan Bread
In our home, we occasionally make naan to eat with curry. After making them many times, I settled on this recipe since it has a flavor and texture that my family loves. In Step 6, instead of using a rolling pin, you can just stretch out the dough with your hands. In Step 7, adjust the cooking time depending on your stove and frying pan. I put a thin film of oil in the pan, but you can omit the oil if you prefer. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

I learned how to make my own naan about a year ago. I loved the fresh flavor and ease of making it at home. Also loving Greek food and tzatziki sauce I thought to combine the flavors. Oh so yummy! Serve this as a bread on the side, place in grilled meats and sauces and wrap or enjoy in so many ways. Building flavors starts here. Taylor Topp Comacho -

Super Easy, No-Rising Naan Bread Super Easy, No-Rising Naan Bread
I love naan that's chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside, but proofing bread is such a hassle.I experimented with many different unleavened bread recipes before settling on this one.No need to grease the pan if using a non-stick frying pan.Grease the pan with a minimal amount of oil. Use your fingers or a paper towel to spread it thinly. (If you use too much oil, the naan won't have that crisp "naan-like" finish.) Recipe by Rurumiko cookpad.japan
