Small chops wrap

A simple method for crafting wraps for your spring roll, samosas and money bags.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn starch, thyme for that earthy finish and a pinch of salt.
- 2
Mix the dry ingredients with a spatula and add water in bits.
- 3
Mix thoroughly to get a smooth and runny batter consistency.
- 4
Place a non-stick pan or pot over low heat. Lift it from the fire when the pan is slightly hot and with the use of a brush, spread the batter evenly in a circular shape.
- 5
Repeat the process till the batter is finished. You wraps are ready.
- 6
N/B:
1. the thyme is completely optional.
2. create small circles for your spring roll wraps and bigger ones to cut into 4 cone shapes for the samosas.
3. skip adding cornstarch to samosa batter for a perfect result.

California Farm Red Lentils Cole Slaw Curtido Wrap California Farm Red Lentils Cole Slaw Curtido Wrap
For Ramadan, I am imagining a large fresh tasty dinner eaten late, easily digestible, with few dishes to clean afterwards.Red lentils from India in fresh coconut cream from the Phillipines served over fresh, lightly fermented cole slaw from El Salvador. Optional second filling of fried nuggets of fish or chicken or Iranian lamb koobideh kebabs. Fingerfood wrapped in a soft wrapper, with lots of lemon water. This freshest cole slaw recipe ever, called Curtido, is eaten barely fermented, like fresh sauerkraut. Delicious with red lentils, black beans, blue corn, enchilladas, burritos, tacos, fish nuggets, chicken nuggets, lamb. Ferment on the counter as little as an hour to five days, then store in the fridge for a week.Eat lentils in soft shell wraps, make 6 small blue corn tortillas or 4 medium size pita breads, or 2 large soft shell pizza wraps.#GlobalApron Hobby Horseman
