White rice and veggie sauce

Ingredients

3 people
  1. 2 1/2 cupsrice
  2. 6bulbs of Irish potatoes
  3. Veggies
  4. About 8 big carrots
  5. Green pepper
  6. Red bell pepper
  7. Yellow bell pepper
  8. Scotch bunnet(according to your spice level)
  9. Your seasoning (curry thyme garlic ginger Maggie soy sauce
  10. Beef or liver
  11. Corn starch

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cook your rice and set aside

  2. 2

    Cut your veggies in big eatable chunks

  3. 3

    Cut your Irish potatoes in a pot with your beef... Cook for 25minutes. and set aside leaving just enough water to make the sauce

  4. 4

    Cook your beef for 30minutes add half of each spice and your Maggie (2) cover and allow to boil

  5. 5

    Add your veggies without the carrot cover for another 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Add your mixed corn starch with a little water and pour into the pot, add your soy sauce just a table spoon is enough

  7. 7

    Add the rest of your spices according to your taste.. Cook for 5minutes. Turn off the heat

  8. 8

    Let sit for about 5more minutes as the sauce thickens then serve
