Daal Vada (Lentils Fritters)
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Clean,wash and sock all the lentils for 3-4 hrs in warm waters.
After that drain the water and coarsely crush,then put the mixture in the strainer for at least an hour to drain the excess water. - 2
Now chop the palak,onion and green chillies.
Transfer the mixture in the bowl.
Add onion, chopped palak,finely chopped green chillies and salt.
Mix well. - 3
Heat the oil in a Karai.
Take a small portion of the mixture on the fingers and tap to make flat vada. And put it in the oil. fry them light golden brown.
Remove on kitchen paper.
Place the vada in the serving dish with the coconut chutney and enjoy..
