I've always loved fresh tomatoes. I used half ripe ones that gave the salsa a tangy sweet taste (& the greenish yellow parts also make it colorful). So ditch the canned ones and see the difference! 😊

Ingredients

  1. 5 pcssmall tomatoes, chopped
  2. 1 pcsmall red onion, chopped
  3. 1 pclong green or red chili, chopped
  4. 3 tsppickle relish with dressing
  5. 1 clovegarlic, chopped
  6. 1 stalkgreen onion chive, chopped
  7. 3 tspketchup or tomato sauce
  8. 1 handfulshredded and seasoned boiled chicken fillet
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well in a bowl. Taste and add chilies, onions, or ketchup, according to your preference.

    Mix in shredded chicken. Season with salt according to taste. Adjust taste according to preference.

  3. 3

    Chill at least 30 minutes or more before serving. Serve with Nachos, corn or potato chips.
