Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. 1 tablespoonbutter
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 3 slicesbacon
  5. 1 tablespoonwhite wine
  6. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Mince the garlic and cut the bacon into 3/4-inch pieces.

    Wash the spinach and cut the leaves into three large sections.

    Melt the butter in a wok over medium heat, then sauté the bacon and garlic. Start by cooking the spinach stems.
