Easy 3-Ingredient Whipped Cream Ice Cream

Note: This recipe uses just 3 ingredients—egg, sugar, and leftover heavy cream or whipped cream to make ice cream. If you don't have them, you can buy them. Thanks for making this recipe popular!

My maternity exercise instructor taught me this, so I wrote it down to remember.
Cooking Instructions

Separate the egg white and yolk.

Whip the egg white with a whisk until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, add sugar to the heavy cream or whipped cream and whip until soft peaks form (just before stiff peaks).

Add the crumbled egg yolk to the whipped egg white (and vanilla extract if available) and mix together (I used a manual whisk).

Add the mixture from step 3 to step 4 and mix with a manual whisk, then pour into a container for chilling.

Freeze for at least 3 hours.
