  2. Salt and pepper, to taste

  4. 1/8lemon, if available
  5. 2 tablespoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Season the flounder with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.

    Heat a pan, add oil, and cook the flounder from step 1 over medium heat for 2 minutes.

    Carefully flip the flounder and cook for another 2 minutes.
