Pan-Seared Cod with Butter Ponzu Sauce

Ponzu and butter pair wonderfully with cod. It's simple and delicious, so give it a try.
The origin of this recipe
Since ponzu goes well with cod in hot pots, I thought it would definitely work for pan-searing too. It was well-received by my family, so I decided to share it.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Season the cod with salt and pepper, then coat with all-purpose flour and shake off the excess.
- 2
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the cod, skin side down. Cook until browned, then flip.
- 3
Add white wine to the pan and steam the cod.
- 4
Once the cod is cooked through, remove it from the pan. Quickly wipe the pan, then add ponzu and butter, bringing it to a boil.
- 5
Return the cod to the pan and coat it with the sauce. It's ready to serve.
- 6
Plate the cod, pour the sauce over it, and top with green onions before serving.
