I love oysters and wanted to enjoy them in a simple dish...

Ingredients

  1. 6Oysters
  2. 1 tbspKatakuriko
  3. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  4. 2 tspOlive oil (or vegetable oil)
  5. 2 tspPonzu
  6. 1 dashGreen onions (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the oysters and wipe away the moisture.

  2. 2

    Season them with salt and pepper and coat them with the katakuriko. Coat a frying pan with the oil and stir-fry.

  3. 3

    When both sides are done, add the ponzu sauce and mix it in well.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a serving plate, and add some finely chopped leek if you have it.
