Cooking Instructions
- 1
Rinse the shrimp, especially the inside of the heads, under running water to remove any dirt. Split the back shell and remove the vein. Squeeze lime juice over them, let sit for about 10 minutes, then rinse again with clean water.
- 2
Prepare the skewers, thread 3 shrimp onto each skewer.
- 3
Mix all the tomato sauce, chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, honey, and salt, and coat the shrimp evenly, especially on the split back. Reserve about one-third of the sauce for grilling.
- 4
Let the shrimp sit for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 5
Heat a grill pan or grill, and brush with butter to prevent sticking.
- 6
Brush the shrimp again with the remaining sauce.
- 7
Place the shrimp on the pan or grill while brushing with sauce. Grill the shrimp until they turn dark red and are cooked through.
- 8
Serve while hot. You can also add the remaining sauce ^^

Shrimp Bisque, Jon Style Shrimp Bisque, Jon Style
This soup is delicious. Once you try it, you'll stick with this recipe. You won't find another recipe like this, where the shrimp shells are ground and used in the soup. The shrimp shells give the soup all its natural flavor, so there's no need to add seafood or fish stock like in other recipes. All I use is the natural flavor of the shrimp. Nothing goes to waste.https://youtu.be/L-vfIA04fNk Jon MichelenaTranslated from Cookpad Chile -
