Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 oz)shredded carrots
  • 1 1/4 cupraisins
  • 1granny smith apple diced
  • 3/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl combine carrots, apple and raisins

  2. 2

    In a small bowl juice lemon and stir in mayo, salt, pepper; and sugar and pour over salad and mix well
