Ingredients

  1. 2 packages (8 oz)shredded carrots
  2. 1 1/4 cupraisins
  3. 1granny smith apple diced
  4. 3/4 cupmayonnaise
  5. 1lemon
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl combine carrots, apple and raisins

  2. 2

    In a small bowl juice lemon and stir in mayo, salt, pepper; and sugar and pour over salad and mix well
