Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt over a double boiler. (It's recommended to cut the butter to the same size as the chocolate.)
- 2
Let the butter fully melt and the chocolate soften.
- 3
Mix the butter and chocolate together. (A whisk works fine, even though a spatula is shown in the photo.)
- 4
Add sugar to the mixture and mix well.
- 5
Add milk and mix well. (I used 80 ml this time.)
- 6
Add beaten eggs and mix well.
- 7
Sift in the all-purpose flour and mix well. (You can skip sifting if you prefer.)
- 8
Mix until the batter is smooth and glossy.
- 9
Pour the batter into a mold and bake at 340°F (170°C) for 25-28 minutes.
- 10
Let it cool in the mold. Cover with a damp paper towel or cloth to prevent drying.
- 11
Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
- 12
Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for even better flavor. If you have time, chilling overnight is recommended.

Rich, Easy Brownies with Pancake Mix Rich, Easy Brownies with Pancake Mix
I bake brownies for Valentine's day every year, but recently I've been really into preparing them with pancake mix because they make easy but delicious brownies.Don't overcook the chocolate while melting it.I used "Ghana" milk chocolate. If you use a different brand chocolate, adjust the amount of sugar. The batter is thick so smooth the surface prior to baking. For 20 x 20 cm [7.9 x 7.9 in] baking pan. Moist Rich Brownie Moist Rich Brownie
I like chocolate and love brownies. These have a very distinct sweetness.・When microwaving the chocolate and butter, please be careful not to burn it.・If the eggs aren't at room temperature, break and mix them in a separate container, then add to the bowl.・It's okay to reduce the amount of sugar. Rich and Dense Grown-up Brownies Rich and Dense Grown-up Brownies
I'm not fond of overly sweet treats, so I tried adding coffee to accent these brownies. Coffee and chocolate go perfectly together. The slight bitterness and fragrance of the coffee makes these brownies perfect for the grown-up palate.Use whatever type of nuts and chocolate that you like. You can just use walnuts and it will still be delicious. I recommend using bitter or dark chocolate! If you're not using almonds to decorate the top, you jut need to bake this for 20 minutes at 170°C!I also recommend decorating the top with icing or melted chocolate.
