Ingredients

Makes 2 servings
  1. 1 1/3 cupscooked rice (about 300 grams)
  2. 1egg
  3. Salted kelp, to taste
  4. Mayonnaise, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Coat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and make an omelet, then cut it in half.

    Flatten 3/4 cup of rice (about 150 grams) and place salted kelp on top. (A little extra is delicious)

    Add mayonnaise. (A little extra is delicious too)
