2 servings

2 1/2 cupsleftover rice
1/2 tspsugar
3 tbspfried anchovy
Nori

Steps

Combine all ingredients except nori.

Use a mold or use your hands to form triangles. Make sure that it is firm.

Decorate the onigiri with nori. I used nori in plastic sheets and I cut a nori to fit my onigiri.
