Hey, kid cook here! I learned this recipe from my mother (on account of she is a great cook). And I eat it almost every morning. If you want the healthier option use olive oil. I hope you like it!

Hey, kid cook here! I learned this recipe from my mother (on account of she is a great cook). And I eat it almost every morning. If you want the healthier option use olive oil. I hope you like it!
Cooking Instructions

Butter: put about one pat of butter in pan, let melt.Olive oil: make a circle in pan with olive oil, heat for about 15 seconds.

Crack eggs and stir occasionally until chunky and barely wet.

If adding cheese, wait until eggs are only a bit wet and sprinkle your preferred amount of cheese on.

If adding spinach and/or kale put in preferred amount in after putting eggs in.
- 5
Put stove on medium heat.
