Ingredients

Makes 2 pieces
  1. 1 cupchocolate ice cream
  2. 50 gsweet rice flour
  3. 75 gwater
  4. 30 gsugar
  5. as neededPotato starch (for dusting),

Cooking Instructions

    Slightly melt the chocolate ice cream to make it easier to scoop and shape. Shape into two round portions, wrap in plastic wrap, and place in the freezer.

    Combine sweet rice flour, water, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl and mix well. Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
