Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1/3large daikon radish
  2. 5.3 ozpork belly
  3. 1 tablespoonsesame oil (for frying)
  4. 2 tablespoonseach ●soy sauce, mirin, sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon●hondashi (granulated fish stock)
  6. 3/4 cup●water
  7. Chopped green onions (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    - Cut the pork into 1-inch pieces.
    - Cut the daikon into 1/2-inch thick quarter slices.
    - Chop the green onions.
    - Mix the ingredients marked with ●.
