Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 ozwhole lemon (about 100g)
  2. 3 1/2 ozsugar (about 100g)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the lemon thoroughly with the peel on, place it in a pot, and boil for 30 minutes starting with cold water.

    Let the whole lemon cool, then slice it thinly. Remove the seeds.
