Mix the ground chicken with miso, soy sauce, the chopped green onion, salt, and pepper. (You can use the remaining egg for miso soup!)

Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and dust with flour.

Stuff the bell peppers with the meat mixture.

Heat a frying pan, add oil, and place the stuffed peppers meat-side down. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes until browned.
