Steps

Trim the crusts from the bread and soften the butter at room temperature or in the microwave for about 10 seconds.

Spread butter and Japanese mustard on both slices of bread, then layer with 2 slices of ham and cucumber. Top with the other slice of bread.

Cut into thirds. If it's not salty enough, sprinkle with salt before eating!
