  1. 1 bunchpumpkin -
  2. water leaf - 1 bunch
  3. beef (meat) - 1 kilo
  4. 3cow skin -
  5. dry fish - 2 medium
  6. pepper - 5 (fresh)
  7. seasoning (Maggi, salt, crayfish)
  8. Red oil - half bottle
  9. 1 teaspoonSalt -
  10. onion - 1 bulb

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and slice pumpkin and water leaf.. put in different bowl..

  2. 2

    Wash your beef (meat),fish,and cow skin and put in a clean pot.. season with Maggi, salt, pepper & onion.. heat on fire.. allow to cook for 10 min..

    Pour your water leaf and pumpkin leaf in the pot.. allow to cook for 2 min.. pour your blended crayfish in the pot..

    Add little salt into the pot to taste.. pour your red oil in the pot.. allow soup to cook for 2min..

  5. 5

    Soup is ready.. your vegetable soup can be served with semovita, wheat, garri, or pounded yam
