Ingredients

  1. 50 gramsbok choy (sliced)
  2. 50 gramscabbage (sliced)
  3. 50 gramsnappa cabbage
  4. 2 tbspcooking oil
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1 pinchpepper
  8. 3 clovegarlic (sliced)
  9. 5 gramsCM ginger (sliced)
  10. 100 gramschicken breasts (sliced with skin)
  11. 1 tspsesame oil
  12. 450 mlwater
  13. 1 tspfish oil

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Sautee the ginger and garlic in oil, until brown and fragrant

  2. 2

    Pour in water and place in the chickem

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and sesame and fish oil

  4. 4

    Cook chicken throughly

  5. 5

    Once chicken is cooked place in the vegetables

  6. 6

    Once the veggies are cooked ..... serve
