Ingredients

  • 50 gramsbok choy (sliced)
  • 50 gramscabbage (sliced)
  • 50 gramsnappa cabbage
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 3 clovegarlic (sliced)
  • 5 gramsCM ginger (sliced)
  • 100 gramschicken breasts (sliced with skin)
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 450 mlwater
  • 1 tspfish oil

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Sautee the ginger and garlic in oil, until brown and fragrant

  2. 2

    Pour in water and place in the chickem

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and sesame and fish oil

  4. 4

    Cook chicken throughly

  5. 5

    Once chicken is cooked place in the vegetables

  6. 6

    Once the veggies are cooked ..... serve
