  1. 2cod fish fillets
  2. 3 tsprice flour
  3. 3 Tbspplain flour
  4. 3 Tbspgram flour
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  7. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  8. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1/3 tspsalt or to taste
  10. as neededcold water
  11. Lemon wedges for garnish
  12. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cod fish fillets into small bite size pieces and dry on paper towel.

    Place the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Add enough cold water to make a loose but not too runny batter, whisk until smooth and lump free.

    Coat the fish pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen towel and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
