Ingredients

  1. 1indomie noodle
  2. 2-3bell pepper
  3. 1ball of onion
  4. Little ginger and garlic paste
  5. Curry and thyme
  6. Protein of choice
  7. 2eggs
  8. 2 TBSvegetable oil
  9. Water
  10. Yaji (dry pepper)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a clean pot,Add 2 cups of water and allow to boil

    Add the noodles, and allow for 2-3 mins

  3. 3

    Strain the noodles in a sieve

  4. 4

    Add little vegetable oil in the pot and fry All the chopped onions and peppers

  5. 5

    Add the garlic and ginger paste

  6. 6

    Add our indomie seasoning, And curry and thyme (optional)

  7. 7

    Add our Already cooked protein of choice and allow for a few minutes

  8. 8

    Add the noodles and stir,to mix All the ingredients

  9. 9

    Lastly Add a reasonable amount of yaji🥹

    Peppery noodles
