    Split cut the cucumber.

    Scrap out the inside.

    Take a scoop of hummus & fill the cucumber.

    Chop the tomatoes into tiny pieces.

    Put the chopped tomatoes on the cucumber boat.

    Take a small amount of sesame seeds to sprinkle on top.

    Your cucumber boats are ready to enjoy.
