Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupmelted butter (salted)
  2. 3whole eggs
  3. 1 1/3 cupfresh milk
  4. 1 teaspoonwhite vinegar
  5. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  6. 1 cupwhite sugar
  7. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  8. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  9. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  10. Buttercream
  11. 1 cupbutter (salted)
  12. 1 cupall-purpose cream / thickened cream/ heavy cream
  13. 1 cuppowdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Just combine all the ingredients in a large bowl starting with the wet, then the dry. Just mix it until the mixture is smooth.

    Put cupcake liner in your cupcake molds and add about a large ice cream scooper full in each mold. While you're doing this, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. When you're done, bake the cupcakes for 20-25 minutes.

    While you're waiting for the cupcakes to bake, start making your buttercream. Put your powdered sugar and butter in a mixing bowl and put it in low speed and start mixing it together. Once they are mixed, add the all purpose cream and go back to mixing low speed then gradually increase the speed for about 3-5 minutes.

    Take your cupcakes out of the oven and let it cool before applying the cream on top. Using a piping tip, place a star shape in it and add the cream and start applying after the cupcake have completely cooled. Continue applying the cream until you have completely finished it. Set the cupcakes aside for about 30 minutes before sharing. Enjoy.
