Very famous dish in Maharashtra, especially on all highways you will get this dish ,it is extremely delicious and satisfying for taste buda.

Cooking Instructions

Wash the sprouted moth beans and take 2 whistles in cooker.

Now take a kadai preferably iron kadai,it enhance it's taste and gives the tarri desired colour,add garlic cloves,ginger,onion and saute on high flame.

Now add tomato and saute it on high flame till it looses all its juice and becomes dry and changes its colour.

Now add grated dry coconut and roast it properly.
Now transfer everything to a plate and let it cool. - 5
Now transfer to mixer grinder and grind to form a smooth paste.

Now heat the kadai again,add oil once heated add mustard seeds once splutter add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Then add the paste from mixture jar and saute it.

Now add all dry masalas, add water and let it boil..

Now transfer the boiled moth beans to.a big bowl,tarri in a vessel,.
Arrange everything like cut onion,coriander leaves, lemon,farsan,pav for serving missal. - 9
For serving,in a plate put boiled moth bean,pour tarri on it. Put farsan,add onion,coriander leaves and it with pav. Keep the tarri in more quantity so that you can go on adding on moth bean.
