Cooking Instructions

Soak Moong Matki and vatana for 5 to 6 hours. Then wash it properly add water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.

For Gravy: Take 1 tsp oil in pan add grated coconut and roast it for 2 to 3 minutes.Keep aside in bowl.

Now add 1 tbsp oil in Pan add finely sliced onion, garlic and ginger and saute it till it becomes translucent. Now add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.

Now cool down mixture, put it grinding jar, add grated coconut and make smooth paste.

Take Oil in pan add Rye, zeera, curry leaves. Add gravy and cook till it comes to boil, now add all spices and mix well.

Add boiled pulses and mix well, Add water approx 2 cups cover with lid and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

For Serving : Take Misal in Plate sprinkle some onion, farsan, squeeze lemon and Serve with Pav.
