Cooking Instructions

Boil the broccoli for 30 seconds, then rinse it under cold water and drain.

Make the sauce by mixing together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Heat oil over medium heat. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side, then take them out and set aside.

In the same pan, cook the garlic for 30 seconds.

Add the broccoli and shrimp back into the pan with the garlic, pour in the sauce, and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in some of the scallions if desired.

Serve over rice and garnish with remaining scallions.
