Easy Mexican Rice

So easy when you don’t have fresh vegetables or produce in hand!

Ingredients

30 minutes
8 servings
  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 4 cupswater
  3. tablespoonoil
  4. 1and a half tablespoon of chicken bouillon
  5. 1and a half tablespoon of tomato bouillon
  6. 2 tsponion powder
  7. 2 tspgarlic powder
  8. halfteaspoon cumin powder

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

    Add rice and cook until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Pour 4 cups of water and stir in your seasonings.

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil.

  5. 5

    Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork.
