Wash the broccoli thoroughly, drain, and cut into small pieces.

Wash the shrimp thoroughly, drain, peel, and devein. Marinate with 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, a pinch of salt, MSG, and finely chopped shallots. Let the shrimp marinate for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors. Heat a pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil, wait for it to heat up, then add some chopped shallots and sauté until fragrant. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until cooked, then remove to a bowl.
