Wanted something easy and this was a wonderful idea a co-worker gave me that i tweaked and put into a slow cooker so it was done by the time i was done picking up my niece and nephew from school and they loved it.

Wanted something easy and this was a wonderful idea a co-worker gave me that i tweaked and put into a slow cooker so it was done by the time i was done picking up my niece and nephew from school and they loved it.

Spray a slow cooker with nonstick spray and set aside. In a large skillet fry up ground beef and drain grease and set aside.

Add frozen hash browns to Crockpot then add rest of ingredients except only add 1C. Shredded Cheese. Give everything a good stir til everything is mixed and combined well. Cook on high 2-3hrs or low 4-5hrs or til the potatoes are cooked through. Give a good stir and then add rest of shredded cheese on top then cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes til cheese is melted. Then serve immediately and enjoy 😋. ** I like adding a dollop of sour cream on top as a garnish.
