• Mix the beef with 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, cooking wine (if using), 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and coat with 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

• Combine beef broth, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and set aside.
