Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water and reserve one cup of water.
- 2
Pound your chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika and Italian seasoning.
- 3
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add in the olive oil and cook your chicken for 4 minutes on each side
- 4
To the same skillet that was used with the chicken, reduce heat to medium and add in the butter. Once it’s melted, add in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 5
Add in the cream cheese and whisk gently until cream cheese is melted into the butter.
- 6
Gradually pour in the heavy cream, while whisking, & add in the parmesan cheese and stir until melted through.
- 7
Add in the cooked fettuccine noodles and toss to coat
- 8
Slice the chicken breast into small strips and serve over the noodles. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley
