  1. Rose Syrup
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 cuprose petals
  4. 50 mlwater
  5. Falooda
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 1 tspchia seeds
  8. 1/4 cupvermicelli noodles
  9. 2 tbspstrawberry jelly
  10. 2 scoopsvanilla ice cream
  11. 2 tbsppistachios, chopped
  12. 200 mlmilk
  13. 1 tbspwater

    Start by making the rose syrup. Add the water, petals and sugar to a saucepan and simmer while preparing the rest.

  2. 2

    Soak the chia seeds in 1 tbsp of boiling water. Let soak for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Boil the vermicelli in a pot for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Strain and rinse with cold water.

  4. 4

    Dissolve the sugar in the milk.

  5. 5

    Arrange everything in a glass or bowl. Starting with the jelly, then chia seeds, vermicelli, the rose syrup, the milk, the ice cream and top with the pistachios. Serve.
