Start by making the rose syrup. Add the water, petals and sugar to a saucepan and simmer while preparing the rest.

Soak the chia seeds in 1 tbsp of boiling water. Let soak for 20 minutes.

Boil the vermicelli in a pot for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Strain and rinse with cold water.

Dissolve the sugar in the milk.

Arrange everything in a glass or bowl. Starting with the jelly, then chia seeds, vermicelli, the rose syrup, the milk, the ice cream and top with the pistachios. Serve.
