Steps

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Fry all the veggies separately except matar for 2 minutes, take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Soak kaju & makhana in hot water for 1/2 hr, Soak badam in water overnight, peel it, grind all three together with lil water to a fine paste. Now add oil in the same wok, heat it, in goes green chilli & ginger, saute it for 10 sec.

Add in tomato puree & salt, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out.

Now add kashmiri red chilli powder, mix it well.

In goes, kaju makhana badam paste, mix it well, cook it for a minute. Add in fresh cream, mix it well, cook it covered on low flame until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, add all fried veggies except bell peppers, increase the flame, stir fry it for a minute.

Sprinkle lil water, mix it well, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until veggies r properly cooked, do not overcook them.

Open the lid, add bell peppers, stir fry it until oil has surfaced, turn off the flame.

Cover it again, open the lid after 10 minutes, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...pair it with kuttu aata puri...
