Oven at 330 : 8-11 minutes

5 1/2 cupsBakers Moist Coconut
1 Can14 0z. Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 tsppink salt
2/3 cupflour
1 1/4 tspvanilla flavor Watkins
1/2 tspalmond flavor
Jelly Beans optional
Baking Paper

Oven at 330 : 8-11 minutes

Turn on oven, prepare pan w parchment baking sheets

Add flour, coconut, vanilla, almond, salt, condensed milk, stir lightly, scoop on parchment to small golf ball size.

These are sweet cookies, do not make to large. Bake 8-12 min until edges are slightly light brown, check bottoms. Must line w parchment paper!!

Remove to cooking rack immediately at Jelly Beans if desired mold into nest shape.

Can store for 8 days or freeze for 3 months.
