Ingredients

  1. 2large chicken breasts sliced
  2. 250 gcarrots, sliced
  3. 150 gsliced parsnips
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. handfulchopped lovage
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tsppepper
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. 3 clovescrushed garlic
  10. 400 mlchicken stock
  11. 2bay leaves
  12. 2 tbspmustard
  13. 200 mlsour cream
  14. juice of 1/2 lemon
  15. 3 tbspolive oil
  16. 500 gspaghetti

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the chicken breast and sprinkle with salt and pepper, spread some mustard over the chicken. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from the pan.

    In the same oil sauté the onion and crushed garlic, then pour in the chicken stock and add the chopped vegetables, sugar, chicken and bay leaf cover and cook slowly until soft.

    Remove the chicken slices and bay leaves, using a hand blender blend the vegetables into a sauce. Mix in the sour cream and lemon juice, add the meat to the sauce and boil slowly together for 1-2 minutes.

    Cook spaghetti in salty water according to instructions, your chicken "vadas" is ready to be served. Enjoy.
