Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and spice the chicken with salt,Stock cubes,curry,thyme,Boil with 1/2 cup of water.

    Parboil the rice and boil it again.

  3. 3

    Heat up vegetable oil fry the vegetables for just 2minutes add salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Place the chicken back on the heat,pour in more water sprinkle flour in it and stir to avoid lumps then add curry,Stock cubes and a little bit of salt.Boil for 4 minutes then add the stir fried vegetables.
