  6. 10melinjo seeds
  7. 1 handfulmelinjo leaves
  8. 4tamarind pods
  9. 2 tablespoonstamarind water
  10. 3bay leaves
  11. 2 slicesgalangal, smashed
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Granulated sugar to taste
  14. Palm sugar to taste
  15. 1.5 literswater
  16. Spice Paste
  17. 6red chilies
  18. 5shallots
  19. 3 clovesgarlic
